10 Asha Kiran centres with 500 children were inaugurated on 21 January 2021; by MLA Sri Palguna at Pedabidda tribal village in Anantagiri Mandal. This is a part of the total 14 centres in a rural tribal village of Visakhapatnam District in Andhra Pradesh ; being operated by NGO SAMIDA.

The Mandal Revenue Officer, Mandal Development Officer, Mandal Education Officer and several other officials, SAMIDA representatives, volunteers and other public servants attended the program.

PDG Ch. Kishore Kumar and Pre Dorababu of RC Visakha Centennial attended the Asha Kiran Centre's inauguration on behalf of Rotary India Literacy Mission.
